As part of our AFC and GAFC programs, our nurse and care manager visit members at home every month to check on health, review the care plan, and support caregivers.
Care doesn't stop at our county lines. Through the Wells Foundation, our team celebrated Christmas 2025 and Easter 2026 with the children of an orphanage in Ghana — sharing festive meals, games, and gifts, and donating food, drinks, and school supplies.
